Gourmet Mushrooms
° 4 pounds Mushrooms
° 1 pound Butter
° 1 bottle dry red wine
° 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
° 1 teaspoon Dill see
° 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
° 2 small Garlic cloves -- minced
° 2 cups -Water -- boiling
° 3 Beef bouillon cubes
° 3 Chicken bouillon cubes
Combine all ingredients in large pan. Bring to a slow
boil on med. heat; reduce to simmer. Cook 5-6 hrs.
with pot covered. Remove lid and cook another 3-5 hrs.
until liquid barely covers mushrooms. Allow to cool.
Serve hot in a chafing dish with toothpicks.

BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS:
° 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled, about 45
° 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
° salt
° 15 slices bacon, cut crosswise into thirds
PREPARATION:
Sprinkle shrimp with garlic powder and a little salt. Wrap each shrimp in a
piece of bacon. Arrange on a broiler rack. Broil bacon wrapped shrimp, turning
occasionally, 3 to 4 inches from heat for about 8 to 10 minutes, until bacon
is crisp and browned.
Serve with cocktail picks.
Makes about 45 bacon wrapped shrimp appetizers
RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1 Large Container Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Regular not whipped)
1 Bottle Raspberry Chipotle Dipping Sauce
Vinta Crackers
Spread aone inch think area of the cream cheese, pour a coating of the chipolte
raspberry sauce over the cream cheese, serve with crackers. |
